Masala & Fuet is a play on the diverse cultures of wife and husband team, Keshri and Enric.Masala is a versatile mixture of Indian spices unique to South Africa which has its origin in the arrival of the first Indian immigrants in 1860. Masala is a reminder of Keshri's food heritageFuet is an dry cured, pork sausage originally from Catalonia. Fuet is Enric's favourite delicacy.
